Save time and money by writing fewer checks and using less postage. Once you have access to Member Link, simply click on HFCU's Home Banking and select the Bill Payer option. When you complete the requested information and receive approval, you will have access to this service.

e-Statements

Receive your statements electronically with HFCU's FREE e-Statement service! Enjoy the convenience of receiving your statements quicker, while protecting them from being lost or stolen in the mail. Your statements are archived for 12 months for easy access and may be printed. In addition, you can return to receiving paper statements by mail at any time.

HFCU's Internet Home Banking service allows internet access to your personal accounts 24 hours-a-day in a safe and secure environment. Whether you want to inquire about account balances, transfer funds, pay loans, or balance your checkbook, it's all at your fingertips, and best of all, it's free!

Mobile Banking

Just like HFCU's Member Link Home Banking, Mobile Banking is free* and allows internet access to your personal accounts, 24 hours-a-day, but with the added convenience of using a smartphone or other mobile device. Members may view account history, transfer funds, pay bills, and view current rates. You can have confidence in HFCU’s Mobile Banking because we use state-of-the-art encryption technology and multi-factor authentication to safeguard your information.

If you are already a home banking user, simply type m.hartfordfcu.com into the browser on your mobile device. If you are an iPhone or Android user, the respective standard app download link will appear on your screen, enabling you to download the app. Once in the mobile browser or an app you can access your account information by logging in with the identical user name and password you have established for Member Link Home Banking.

For members not yet registered for home banking, you can view HFCU’s mobile site, but you cannot access any account information. Now is a great time to register for home banking. To get started, click here to complete and submit an online Home Banking Application. After you have signed up for home banking, follow the steps above to access Mobile Banking.
