The five-year Adjustable Rate Mortgage rate is based on a 30-year loan with no points and a current index of .19% as of 8/21/12 with a monthly payment of $4.08 per thousand borrowed. Rate adjustments will occur annually after year five and will be based on the weekly average yield of U.S. Treasury securities, adjusted to a constant maturity of one year plus a margin of 2.75%. The initial rate will not change by more than 2% in any one year or 6% over the life of the loan. Loan-to-value ratio over 80% requires Private Mortgage Insurance.
