Credit Education Program

Did you know that less than 1% of the population has a perfect credit score? Or that 20% of Americans have poor credit? Less than perfect credit is not unusual. Many times, credit is negatively impacted by unfortunate life events and not the intentional mismanagement of the individual. If you or someone you know has less than perfect credit, we want to help!

HFCU will be presenting our informative Credit Education Program throughout the remainder of the year and into 2020! Discover what is included – and not included – in a credit report. Learn what a credit score is and what factors determine your score. We’ll also discuss how to build new credit, repair existing credit, and maintain good credit.
