HFCU offers 48 branches in CT through the CO-OP Shared Branch network

Hartford Federal Credit Union (HFCU) is part of the CO-OP Shared Branch network. Through our partnership with CO-OP, HFCU members can access their accounts and complete most traditional services at 48 branches in Connecticut and 5,600 across the country.  This network provides our members unprecedented convenience and is now the third largest branch network in the United States, surpassing Bank of America by nearly 100 branches.

When you travel, change jobs or move, your banking doesn’t have to be put on hold. It’s easy – locate a shared branch, identify yourself as a HFCU member, give your account number, and provide photo identification.

The following are some of the services available at shared branching locations:

  • Deposits and withdrawals
  • Transfers between accounts
  • Account and loan balance inquiries
  • Loan payments

There is no charge for HFCU members to use this service.
