Upgraded Credit Cards Coming Soon

This June, Hartford Federal Credit Union is updating our credit card program to deliver a more convenient and flexible experience, while maintaining the highest level of security for our cardholders. Your new card will feature contactless Tap-to-Pay, Digital Wallet compatibility, real-time alerts and controls, and an enhanced online and mobile app experience for easier account management.

Important Dates 

Early June: You will receive your new credit card. Please continue using your current card.
Sunday, June 14: This is the last day your current card can be used.
Monday, June 15: Activate your new card by calling the number on the sticker, then destroy your old card.

Your credit card number will change as part of this update, and

the payment due date on all credit card accounts will be the 23rd of each month.

To avoid any interruptions, please update any recurring payments, subscriptions, or stored payment information with your new card details once received. You will also need to reset any alerts or controls you previously set up once you begin using the new online platform or mobile app.
