CEO Beth Mazza Honored By Hartford Business Journal

Hartford Federal Credit Union is proud to congratulate our President & Chief Executive Officer, Beth Mazza, on being named a recipient of the Hartford Business Journal’s 2026 Women in Business Award! This recognition comes at a particularly meaningful time, as Beth stepped into the role of CEO earlier this month.

With more than 20 years in the credit union movement, Beth pairs a strong vision for the future with a proven track record of results. From driving strategic growth to strengthening operations and positioning HFCU for long-term success, her leadership has consistently delivered impact while keeping our members and community at the center.

Her path to leadership has also been shaped by her commitment to family and balance. As Beth shares: “Throughout my career, I made the intentional decision to work part time for nine years so I could be present while raising my sons. I want other women to know that success doesn’t have to be all or nothing — growth can happen in seasons.”

That perspective carries through in how she leads today, fostering a culture rooted in empathy, respect, and support, while continuing to move HFCU forward with clarity and purpose.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition and grateful for the leadership she brings to Hartford Federal Credit Union!
