Member Link, HFCU's online home banking service allows internet access to your personal accounts, 24 hours-a-day, in a safe and secure environment. Whether you want to monitor your account activity, view account balances, transfer funds, view check images, pay loans, or balance your checkbook. It's all at your fingertips, and best of all, it's free!
If you have been assigned a username and password, simply enter your credentials in the ‘Online Banking’ login box on the home page. If you have not been assigned login credentials, please click on the ‘First Time User’ button below and submit the online application.

APP UPDATEs: Updates to HFCU’s mobile banking apps are released periodically. Please perform an update each time one comes available. Keeping your apps up-to-date is one of the best ways to ensure full functionality of app.
Just like HFCU's Member Link online home banking, mobile banking is free* and permits access to your personal accounts, 24 hours-a-day, but with the added convenience of using your smartphone or other mobile device. Members may monitor account activity, view account history, transfer funds, pay bills, view rates, and even deposit checks! You can have confidence in HFCU’s mobile banking because we use state-of-the-art encryption technology and multi-factor authentication to safeguard your information.
Mobile banking requires members to have an active online banking account. If you are already an online banking user, download HFCU's FREE* mobile banking Apple® or Android™ app on your device. Once in the app, access your account information by logging in with the identical username and password you have established for Member Link online banking. First time users will be prompted to follow a few easy steps to complete the multi-factor authentication process for the device.
For members not yet on online banking, you must first activate online banking, then follow the steps above to access mobile banking.
We’ve integrated Apple Touch ID into our mobile banking app for iPhone to help make your login even faster, easier and more secure.
Mobile Check Deposit
Members can deposit checks fast, from virtually any location, without a trip to the branch or ATM, with HFCU's FREE* mobile banking Apple® or Android™ app. Simply log in and click on “Check Deposit” to register. Once you have received a confirmation email, it’s as easy as Tap, Snap, Deposit. Checking account is required.
1. Tap “Check Deposit” in mobile banking app
2. Endorse the back of the check with signature and “for mobile deposit”
3. Enter amount of the deposit
4. Snap a photo of the front and back
5. An email will confirm amount has been deposited (subject to HFCU’s Funds Availability Deposit)
6. Hold on to original check for 60 days

Save yourself time and money by writing fewer checks and using less postage with HFCU’s FREE Bill Payer service. This service allows you to make an unlimited number of payments online, via online and mobile banking, to anyone in the United States, from a health club, to a utility company, to a friend. Payments are made directly from your HFCU checking account by completing the required payee information, payment amount, and date. All payee account information is securely stored to simplify future payment requests. This easy way to schedule monthly payments will help you avoid late fees or additional finance charges since you can schedule payments weeks before the due date.
Have your bills delivered right where you pay them – online! Take advantage of the free eBills option inside Bill Payer. With eBills, you can view an electronic copy of your complete bill, see your payment history, check your balance and make a payment — all in one place! Register from Bill Payer.
Receive your statements electronically with HFCU's FREE e-Statement service! Enjoy the convenience of receiving your statements quicker, while protecting them from being lost or stolen in the mail. Your statements are archived 18 months for easy access and may be printed. In addition, you can switch back to receiving paper statements by mail at any time.
Effective March 1, 2016, members not utilizing Hartford Federal’s e-Statement service will be charged a $1 fee for paper statements. The fee is waived for members under age 18 and over 64 years of age. To avoid the fee, sign-up for HFCU’s e-Statement service. It’s FREE, secure, convenient, and simple.
To sign-up for e-Statements:
Log in to online banking on the home page and select the e-Statement tab. Follow the prompts to register.
If you're not accessing your accounts through online banking, click on button below to register for e-Statements and follow the prompts.
If you already have access to e-Statements, you can chose to view them by logging in to online banking. If you are not an active online banking user, click below and enter your e-Statement credentials.
